Jessica Flowers serves as Executive Director of Magnolia FCU Community Development Corporation (Magnolia CDC), a nonprofit loan fund and emerging CDFI, established by Magnolia Federal Credit Union to empower entrepreneurs and strengthen communities through access to financial capital and development resources. Prior to this role, Flowers served as State Trade Expansion Program (STEP) Director and International Project Manager for Louisiana Economic Development, helping Louisiana based small businesses succeed in foreign markets and assisting foreign based businesses to locate in Louisiana. Her career also includes progressive marketing roles with the World Trade Center of New Orleans, including as Vice President, as well as sales and community research roles at AT&T and Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Acadiana. Flowers holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana, Lafayette.
