Bring out your sweaters and crank up the heat, the cold is here. What’s better than a warm bowl of soup on a chilly night? The Winter Soup Workshop will focus on using seasonal ingredients and interesting flavor combinations to give you recipes that will become classics. The class is from 5:30 pm until 7:30 pm. Registration is $30 for SCHF members and $35 for non-members and includes all supplies. Space is limited and reservations are required.
