Vicksburg's Carnaval de Mardi Gras
Vicksburg's Carnaval de Mardi Gras will be a festival immediately following the Vicksburg Mardi Gras Parade from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, March 1, at the Southern Cultural Heritage Center on the corner of Cherry and Crawford Streets. The event will include a Cajun Gumbo Cook-off, block party with live music, dancing, children?s activities and much more! All proceeds from Vicksburg's Carnaval de Mardi Gras will benefit the Vicksburg Foundation for Historic Preservation.
