Registration ongoing for NAMI BASICS Class for Parents & Family Caregivers of Children/Adolescents with Emotional or Behavorial Difficulities

REGISTRATION GOING ON NOW for the NAMI BASICS Class for Parents.  NAMI Basics is a FREE Class that meets two days a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings for three weeks beginning on September 15, 2015, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:45 p.m. Classes will be held in the Conference Room of Warren-Yazoo Mental Health Admin. Bldg., 3444 Wisconsin Avenue.  Pre-registration is required. NAMI Basics helps parents and other family caregivers of children understand the illnesses that are causing  behavorial difficulties and the critical role families play in the treatment of these illnesses.  The program is taught by trained teachers who are also parents/caregivers of individuals who experienced emotional or behavorial difficulties prior to the age of 13.
