Quick Bites: Women's Health Week

National Women's Health Week is an observance by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office.  The goal is to empower women to make their health a priority.  This program will provide practical tips that promotes healthy nutrition practices specific to women health concerns and offer solutions to typical barriers faced by women when trying to live a healthy lifestyle.  Join Mandy Conrad - MS, RDN, Health & Wellness Educator, Longest Student Health Center for this important program.
