The FREE concert will begin at 1:00 p.m. at the Old Courthouse Museum, 1008 Cherry Street.  The concert of Civil War band music, played with period arrangements, and on actual period instruments will be on the lawn of the Old Courthouse.  The concert should last approximately 1 1/2 hours and will be moved upstairs to the courtroom in the event of rain.
