- NAMI WALK for Mental Health - Annual Fundraiser to Raise Awareness & Fight Stigma -.

NAMIWalks Mississippi is a part of NAMIWalks Nationwide and is the only annual fundraiser for promoting mental health awareness, fighting stigmna, and raising needed funds that support local Vicksburg programs and initiatives that improve the lives of persons impacted by mental illness. Everyone is invited to attend the NAMI WALK and walk with our Vicksburg Walk Team, as an individual walker, or as a virtual walker.  Participants are encouraged to ask friends, family, or business contacts to make a donation to NAMI MS Vicksburg Affiliate in support of the walker.  The NAMI Vicksburg Volunteers Walk Team will represent the Vicksburg community in the WALK and welcomes new team members!  NAMIWalks Mississippi will be held Sat., Nov. 7th, at 9 a.m., at the MS Museum of Art Garden in Jackson. Registration is free.
