The Vicksburg-Warren Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Hinds Community College, is excited to offer a four-part professional development series designed to strengthen leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Each two-hour session begins with an engaging presentation on a key leadership topic, followed by small group discussions to apply concepts to real workplace scenarios.

The April 7 topic is Difficult Conversations – based on Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes Are High by Joseph Grenny, Kerry Patterson, Ron McMillan, Al Switzler, and Emily Gregory.

Upon completion of all four sessions, you will earn a Professional Certificate, reflecting your commitment to developing key leadership competencies.
