This presentation will begin at 3:00 pm at 719 Farmer Street. This home is Classic Greek Revival style and has a fascinating history of withstanding shelling during the Civil War. Never on tour before with Tapestry, their participation adds to the richness of our story. Tapestry 2014: Learn the stories of the Hansford family during the Siege of Vicksburg and the history of the home as a residence and hospital for Confederate soldiers from the 26th Louisiana.
