Free Fitness Classes
Shape Up Sisters and Zumba Instructor, Brianne Connelly, are offering 6 weeks of FREE Zumba classes Join us every Tuesday at 7:15 PM to 8:15. The free classes will continue until September 30th. Easy-to-follow moves for a fun, energizing and effective workout. Ages 12 and up are welcome. Men are welcome too! Bring friends!
