Boundaries Workshop

The Boundary Workshop by Cloud and Townsend will be from 5:30 pm until 7:00 pm on Tuesdays at the Grace Christian Counseling Center, 1414 Cherry Street. Topic is “When to say yes and how to say no.” Setting healthy boundaries are necessary for a healthy life. It can help us understand what things we are responsible for physically, spiritually, mentally, or emotionally…and things that we are NOT. The 8-week group study is focused on setting healthy boundaries with parents, spouses, children, friend, co-workers, and ourselves. The cost is $50.
