Chris Gilmer is Executive Director of Alcorn State University's Vicksburg Center, Director of Online Education, and Professor of English. He holds a Ph.D. in English from the University of Southern Mississippi and has worked for 20 years as a consultant for the U.S. Department of Education's national technical assistance networks.
