Join us in partnership with Walgreens as we offer flu shots to our chamber members in a come and go atmosphere. Insurance and Self-Pay participants welcome! Self-Pay individuals save time and money with a price tag of $25.99 for your flu shot!
Simply fill out your form ahead of time and stop by on Wednesday, November 2nd for a quick drop in shot! Fax Flu shot form to Walgreens 601-661-9583 marked for "Chamber Flu Shot" or fax to the Chamber 601-636-4422.
