About Us
McRaven is a most unusual tour home. Built in three phases, starting in 1797, then 1836 and finally 1849 where the previous sections were kept in its original condition. National Geographic named it the ''Time Capsule of the South.'' Guests can take a history tour during the day or a haunted tour at night. McRaven is able to accommodate group tours. The grounds have 3 acres suitable for special events and reenactments.
